Registration of forms

The application form should be dropped off at school with a fee of Rs. 800.
The documents that are to be attached to the registration form include
- Attested copy of the Aadhar Card
- Birth certificate of the child
- Residence proof (Electricity bill or rent agreement)
- SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable
- A passport sized photo of the candidate
- Passport size photo of both the parents.
For Economically Weaker Sections, an additional set of two documents are needed. Note that without these documents one stands 100% chances of rejection.
- Attested copy of family income certificate that has been issued by the Sub- Divisional Magistrate.
- The applicant should be able to show the address proof of the consecutive years of his stay in Nashik prior to applying for admission.
You will be informed about the date and time via a text message or email to your registered mobile number and email ID. The draw of EWS category is held prior to non-EWS category in the school auditoriums. For EWS category, the date and venue are yet to be fixed. Make sure the email Id and phone numbers are entered properly in the registration form, for you will only be intimated by them.

The applicant should be of 3 years of age by or on March 31st 2018. That is, the child should be born between April 1st, 2014 and March 31st, 2015.
